Virtual Tour Packages for Realtors
How it Works
- Our 360 specialist will meet with you at the property to take the series of shots necessary for the virtual tours. The 360s are then processed by Moran Dán Productions and uploaded to our own server specially set up for viewing properties with 360 virtual tours.
- Each group of tours for your properties will be accompanied by your Realtor or agent contact information and photo, broker's logo and will have its own unique URL (yourcompany.123action.com/propertyid) which you can add to both MLS.ca and your own website as a link from each property's listing.
- Each package must be used for 1 property only.
- Virtual Tours remain online until the property is sold and/or you ask us to remove it.
Package 'A' - $99.
- 3 360s or pans (interior, exterior or mix) *
- 1 slide show with music with up to 12 still photos (your own pictures) **
- 1 printable info sheet / brochure
* Add additional 360s or pans for $20 each
** If we take the photos for the slide show, add $25. (Package 'A' only)
Package 'B' - $79.
Package 'C' - $39.
- 1 slide show with music with up to 12 still photos (your own pictures) **
- 1 printable info sheet
** If we take the photos for the slide show, add $75. (Package 'C' only)

- Order a dozen of the same package up front and receive a 20% discount!
- (The 12 tour 'credits' must be used within a 3 month period)
